1. Algorithm for indexing materials in the MATERIAL TYPES table for the analysis of 
   monopole structures has been corrected for cases where the material numbers are 
   not sequential.

2. Increased precision from 2 decimal places to 3 decimal places in transfer of 
   values between load and pole analysis routines to avoid errors in comparisons.
