GUYMASTER Release Notes

1) The DISCRETE APPURTENANCE table in the MONOPOLE component of GUYMASTER
   displayed values in imperial units even when report was requested in 
   metric units. This error in the MONOPOLE module is corrected with this release.

2) The wrong conversion factors from Imperial to Metric (SI) had been implemented for
   the EXPOSURE FACTORS (Kz,Kiz) table. This is corrected in the current release.

3) Clause 4.9.1.5 of standard CAN/CSA S37 01 had not been implemented giving rise to 
   wind loads calculated that were higher than intended by CAN/CSA S37 01, where the
   load of mast and linear appurtenances exceeds that for a solid face. This oversight
   has been corrected in the present release.
