This release corrects the calculation of the effective projected area (EPA) of 
a panel in an ICED loading condition. 

This bug affects towers with legs made of flats designed under TIA-222-G and CAN/CSA-S37-13 standards.

The iced area was subtracted from the total projected area, when the leg member material was flat (angles).

There was no problem if the leg member material was round. 

We regret the error and have corrected it as soon as it was reported and confirmed.
