INSPECTOWER 3 Release Notes

1) INSPECTOWER 3 now shows more detail in the INSPECTION report:
   a.The Project Information section of the report now includes a line for Tower Manufacturer and one for Tower Installer.
   b.Input data can now be printed with the report to show the reader what data was input by the user of INSPECTOWER 3.
     This is feedback to the user and his supervisor.
   c.The tables in the "Calculated Values" section of the report were reformatted to show grouping by transit location.
   d.Headers and footers are now part of the report document. In the header the new report shows the client name and the
     current date. In the footer, the project name and the page number.

2) When switching between the different types of tension measurements for example (Guy Tension(Pulse), Guy Tension(Swing),
   Tangent intercept, Direct Reading), INSPECTOWER 3 was demanding re-entry of the data. That is no longer the case, because
   the user can now change the method of calculation without re-entry of data. This is useful when the user had made a
   mistake in the choice of the type of measurement actually carried out.
