1) New workspaces system was developed for easier and more flexible organization of 
   projects using virtual grouping. The old system is automatically converted to the 
   new standard during the first execution of the current INSPECTOWER software.
2) Tower drawings were added to the INSPECTION report.
3) Draw Tower was changed:
	a.Group any number of elements on one plan view.
	b.Draw guy cables on plan view.
4) Units conversion problem in the “Temperature/Tension/Pulse” table was fixed.
5) New menu option was added to show/hide “Header Assistant” for panel types, type of shapes
   and antenna types.
6) The last used width of the “Table List” is stored now.
