  ·With this new release, the user can locate appurtenances either by cylindrical coordinates or by specifying 
   face and leg offsets. To change from one approach to the other, with automatic conversion of data in the tables, 
   the user must click on Project and then on “Change Polar to Offset” or “change Offset to Polar”, depending on which
   is active.
