Guymast Inc. is committed to providing the highest-quality support to our clients. Support requests fall into two categories — computer-related and data-related — and we're here for both.
Every Guymast product ships with thorough user manuals that guide you through the analysis process — the basic model, modeling options, input requirements, and output features. New users often have as many questions about tower design and the analysis process as about the software itself; those users are very well served by our workshops.
Current Guymast clients can get support by telephone, through the request form on this page, or by emailing support@guymast.com.

Through its association with Weisman Consultants Inc., Guymast provides expert training in tower analysis, design, and inspection.
Our workshops are led by practicing engineers who routinely design and inspect towers, bringing real-world experience directly into the training.
Guymast software is able to perform analysis which addresses the requirements of the following standards: TIA/EIA-222 (US), CSA S37 (Canada), IS 875 (Indian) and AS 3995 , AS/NZS 1170 (Australia).
Yes. GUYMASTER imports older .DAT files and automatically converts them to the new format, so you don't have to re-enter data you've already prepared.
Yes. Monopoles are analyzed with the POLEMAST module inside GUYMASTER, alongside guyed-tower and self-supporting analysis.
Both Imperial and Metric (SI). For many programs the input and output units can even be set differently.
Our classic software uses a hardware port/USB key (drivers are on the Downloads page). The new GUYMASTER Renderer uses modern cloud-based licensing with no dongle required.
Guymast software is not design software, but it is an indispensable tool in the design process. Its simple modelling and easily understood reporting provide the necessary feedback to help the engineer make good design decisions.
No, Guymast Inc.'s licensing agreement allows you to install the software on more than one computer, provided that you only use one at a time.
Since the software will only run if the hardware device is installed on the computer you are using, you cannot run it on more than one computer at a time. Be careful when you move the hardware device from computer to computer; if the device is damaged, you have lost your license and will have to buy another!
